Hello! I'm Felicity and I'm a motherhood photographer based in Fort Worth, Texas. Snuggle up, get cozy, grab a cup of coffee (or an iced chai tea latte in my case) and enjoy this showcase of my latest work. I'm excited to give you a little peek into my life and the moments and milestones I capture for my clients.
Full disclosure: Ashlee’s maternity session at the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth is going to make you want a baby bump of your own. Ashlee is a stunning expecting momma and she makes pregnancy look effortless. To be fair, she’s had good practice. This is her fourth little nugget she’s carrying. I know, I also can’t believe she’s about to be a mother of four. I’m not sure if her family is complete, but it’s about to be pretty perfect – two little boys and two little girls. There’s something about that symmetry that I just love.
I make no secret of the fact that I love photographing Fort Worth’s expecting mommas. I recently wrote a post about why I’m surprised by my own passion for maternity photography. Ashlee’s sunny session is one of my favorites to look back on. The Kimbell is a really flexible location and Ashlee’s outfit choices were a perfect compliment to the spots we shot in. I particularly loved the way the soft blue of her first dress (from ASOS) photographed in the sunshine. I’d be happy photographing a pale blue dress any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
If you’ve got a baby bump in the making, I’d be thrilled to document this special season of life with you. It’s never too early to get your session on my calendar, but I recommend planning for a session around 30 weeks of pregnancy. At 30 weeks, your bump is probably already big enough to show off, but not so big that it’s making you feel completely uncomfortable. Spots on my calendar fill up fast, but it’s not complicated to reserve your spot. All you have to do to get in touch is use my contact form and we can get all the details worked out.
